I build high-quality websites and help organizations run better. Custom web development and WordPress sites, plus digital strategy and operations consulting. Based in Chattanooga, TN.
What I Do
I split my time between two things: building websites and helping organizations run better. They're separate disciplines, but I've found they tend to help each other.
Web Development & Sites
Custom websites, WordPress builds, and full-stack applications. I write clean code, design with intent, and stick around for the maintenance that comes after launch.

Digital strategy, process design, data systems, compliance documentation, and stakeholder communications. I help organizations figure out how to run the parts of the business they haven't had time to fix.

Discovery
A focused conversation about your goals, constraints, and what success actually looks like. The point is to ground every decision that follows in what matters.
Scope & Plan
A clear deliverables list, timeline, and pricing. No ambiguity. You'll know exactly what you're getting, when, and what it costs.
Build & Iterate
Regular check-ins, visible progress, and a collaborative review process so nothing is a surprise at the finish line.
Handoff & Support
Clean documentation, full handoff, and ongoing availability. I build things to last, and I'm still around when you need me after launch.
Selected Work
A few recent engagements across web and consulting. I tend to stay involved long after the launch, so most of what I work on lives on this list for years.
Compassion Community Care Center
I serve as the web and digital consultant for this Chattanooga nonprofit, helping them build out infrastructure, documentation, and a public presence that fits the work they're doing.

Restaurant operations, freight logistics, and event management work. I'm writing more of these up as I get permission to name names. Happy to share references or specific examples in a conversation.

What's on my desk this month
Updated May 22, 2026Heading into the second phase of the Compassion Community Care Center (C4) engagement. Donor reporting pipeline and a refreshed home page going into production next month.
Building out an operations playbook with a regional client (under NDA for now). Process documentation, vendor coordination, and a quarterly reporting cadence.
This site, actually. A multi-page rebuild of the original single-page version, with a working contact form, structured data, and the kind of bones that won't need to be torn out next year.
About
The best work happens when someone takes real ownership of the details, the outcomes, and the relationship.
I'm Philip Sneller, founder of Sneller & Co. We're a web development and operations consulting practice based in Chattanooga, TN. My background spans multi-unit restaurant operations, freight logistics, event management, and digital infrastructure, which means I have a pretty good sense of how organizations actually function. Not the version on the org chart.
That background carries into every engagement. Whether I'm building a website, designing an inventory system, or helping a nonprofit set up its digital foundation, I show up the same way: easy to reach, willing to own the details, and around well after the launch.
Have a project, a problem, or just a question?
I'd love to hear about what you're working on. No pitch, no pressure, and if I'm not the right person for it I usually know someone who is.
